we are going to be aggressive and that’s got to be your default mode the good deals that you think are gonna come to you in the world they’re not gonna come knocking on your door you got to go out and make them happen you’ve got to innovate and adapt all the time the battlefield is always changing it’ll only stop if you stop and I think that’s when it’s hardest innovating to tap is when things are going well and when you stop the enemy is going to get ahead of you and you’re gonna lose those underperformers you don’t need to be fired than any let the real countability after you get a look at it yourself you’re in that moment when you think okay the pressures off whether it’s in your business or whether it’s in your life when you have that pause that you think everything is okay it’s not the enemy is actually maneuvering on you when it plans to too complex people can’t understand that that things go wrong so you’ve got to keep things simple we are all in conflict and if we recognize that we’re in conflict we can also recognize that there’s a winner and a loser the way that you train the way that you plan the way you prepare and most importantly the way that you lead is going to dictate the outcome if you don’t work together as a team we’re gonna get killed when you find something you want to make it happen make it happen
